Gaoren has pioneered core technologies in polymer material research and productization, with over 70 patent applications and the independent development of more than 10 high-performance optical adhesive products tailored to different application scenarios. Gaoren has been recognized by national authorities as a "National High-Tech Enterprise" and a "Specialized and New" small giant enterprise, and it has been honored as a Guangdong Province "Specialized. The products have also received multiple awards, including the "Guangdong Province High-Tech Product," the Guangdong Province "Famous and Excellent High-Tech Product" etc.
We have mastered core technologies such as formula design, resin synthesis, coating control, and product testing for high-performance optical adhesives.
Molecular Structure Design
Based on the different product structures available in the market, we design the optimal molecular structure solution to achieve the best performance.
Comprehensive Performance Testing
Testing of physical and chemical properties, application performance simulation, and reliability testing.
High-Performance Resin Synthesis
Dozens of monomers are mixed and synthesized into OCA resin by adding them sequentially into a reaction kettle according to the designed ratio and process parameters.
Optical-Grade Adhesive Blending
The synthesized resin is precisely blended with various additives to create the optical adhesive required for coating.
Precision Coating
The optical adhesive undergoes de-airing, high-precision filtration, and purification to remove impurities. The product thickness, UV energy, and coating speed are precisely controlled.
Gaoren has established five specialized standardized laboratories, including a polymer material research lab, molecular structure design lab, physical and chemical performance testing lab, application performance testing lab, and reliability lab. These labs have capabilities in testing polymer material properties, molecular structure, mechanical and optical performance, application simulation, and weather resistance testing.
Gaoren is equipped with a range of precise imported testing devices, such as rheometers, UV-visible spectrophotometers, dielectric constant testers, computerized tensile testing machines, tack testers, Q-Sun sunlight aging test chambers, UV aging testers, thermal shock test chambers, high-altitude low-pressure test machines, constant temperature and humidity test machines, hard-to-hard lamination machines, high-pressure defoamers, and UV curing machines.
As a leading polymer material science enterprise in China, Gaoren has been at the forefront of advocating for domestic innovation. With significant investment, high levels of innovation, and strong industrialization capabilities, Gaoren has successfully launched over 100 products over the years and serves more than 200 global clients. Notably, in 2013, Gaoren pioneered the SCA optical adhesive, achieving a breakthrough in domestic high-performance optical adhesives and providing a third option in the global market. The market scale has consistently ranked first in the industry for several years. Gaoren looks forward to collaborating with universities and research institutes in the domestic and international materials fields, adhering to the guiding principles of “complementary advantages, win-win cooperation, and international innovation.” The company seeks to engage in diverse, forward-looking, and high-level advanced research collaborations and exchanges.
